On Friday, November 26, Elmo appeared on ABC's Good Morning America along with Center Director Mariana Chilton, PhD, Associate Professor at the Drexel School of Public Health. The two discussed a new initiative launched by Sesame Workshop entitled, "Food For Thought: Eating Well on a Budget."

Designed to support food-insecure families through new Sesame Street programming and outreach materials, "Food For Thought" is the latest addition to Sesame's Healthy Habits for Life initiative.
