Dr. Hartinger leads the Unit for Environmental Development, Health and Environment and co-directs CLIMA, the Center for Latin-American Research on Climate Change and Health. The Drexel Urban Health Summer Institute offers short courses for researchers, professionals, and students interested in improving public health in cities. Each class focuses on vital topics, tools, and methodologies, such as Geographic Imaging Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and Community-Based Participatory Research, all taught by leading public health researchers and faculty. Summer Institute courses will be held both online and in person on Drexel University's campus in Philadelphia.
