Changes to Time Reporting for Intermittent Family Medical Leave
Employees who are on an approved intermittent Family and Medical Leave (FML) will now be able to enter their time through the DrexelOne portal. Employees who are currently on FML will be returned to their department’s timesheet roster and the respective department timekeepers will be able to approve time through the DrexelOne portal. Employees will no longer need to send manual timesheets to Human Resources for processing.
Below are the effective dates for each pay period that the change will occur:
- Drexel Biweekly- Pay period beginning December 3, 2011
- Drexel Monthly- Pay period beginning December 1, 2011
- College of Medicine Bi-weekly- Pay period beginning December 10, 2011
- College of Medicine Monthly- Pay period beginning December 1, 2011
Please note that time reporting for employees who are on a continuous Family and Medical Leave (e.g. continuous leave up to 12 weeks) will continue to be processed by Human Resources. Individual notifications will be sent to those employees who are currently on intermittent leave in addition to their immediate supervisor and/or department’s timekeeper.
