Neurodivergent Employee Colleague Resource Group
Our Mission
The Neurodivergent Employee Colleague Resource Group creates a space of inclusivity for people who identify as autistic and/or neurodivergent (including ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Tourette’s Syndrome, etc.). This group establishes a safe, welcoming environment where people can share common experiences, interests, and resources and where all have the opportunity to feel a sense of belonging. This group also raises awareness and education of neurodiversity for the larger Drexel community.
Our Vision
- Create a proactive culture of inclusion for neurodivergent faculty and staff and celebration of neurodiversity that extends across the Drexel University community.
- Bring together and provide resources for people with similar lived experiences and ways of thinking and interacting with the world who may not otherwise have the chance to meet.
- Promote the greater education and awareness of the larger Drexel community to the neurodivergent employee experience.
Membership
