The Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Alumni Advisory (IDEAA) Board is comprised of Drexel Engineering alumni that provide their professional guidance and support to foster a diverse culture within the college. The board consists of alumni that work closely with the dean and DEI Director on initiatives and actions to better support undergraduate students from marginalized communities.
