Silver Sneakers is a great opportunity for seniors to assess and improve their balance and physical fitness. With different activities being offered with each class, seniors will have an opportunity to test out a variety of different skills, while building strength and having fun! This group will meet on March 2 and March 9 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
