Statistical considerations in evaluating novel diagnostics

Farzad Noubary, PhD

Tufts University School of Medicine 

Dr. Noubary’s research interests include statistical methods for the design and analysis of studies evaluating novel diagnostics, longitudinal data analysis, decision analysis, and clinical epidemiology, particularly in the context of HIV, TB, and other infectious diseases. He is also interested in innovative approaches to teaching biostatistics to clinical audiences and has experience developing a distance learning courses.
