A Colleague Resource Group (CRG) consists of 10 or more employees who work together to promote the mission of the University and raise awareness and understanding of issues affecting and important to traditionally underrepresented groups and their allies. The Office for Institutional Equity and Inclusive Culture (EIC) oversees the CRG process and is available to answer questions and assist employees who are interested in creating a group. If you are interested in joining one of the existing Colleague Resource Groups, please complete our Qualtrics form. For more information, please contact EIC at eicprogramming@drexel.edu.
