Thinking about hiring a developer for your startup idea? Do you think you’re ready? Maybe you’re not. In this workshop you will learn about some of the many best practices to explore with your tech ideas before you either start developing (as a tech person) or growing a team to help build your vision.
We’ll discuss early prototyping and user use-case studies as ways to validate an idea and what how to continually refine what exactly the minimal piece to build. Finally, we’ll discuss strategies and misconceptions in finding developers and what smart developers are looking for when deciding to take the plunge into a new startup.

Nick Pirollo. Nick is a technology enthusiast with over 7 years of industry experience and a passion for turning people's visions into real world solutions.
Nick has experience working with start-ups and large corporations on all levels. Repeat founder and founding team member, start-up consultant and Advisory Board member - helping on all ends of the technology stack and assisting in building scalable and maintainable solutions.He has multiple apps that have spent time at #1 in the Google Play and Apple App Stores and was part of the Scholly founding team that was recognized as a standout on the 2016 Forbes' 30 under 30 list in the category of Social Entrepreneurship.
