If your advisor cannot help you, they will direct you to someone that can. Please allow two business days for a response from your advisor, although during high traffic times such as the first few weeks of the term and registration, the response time may be longer.

Advisor Walk-in Hours

You may stop by to see your advisor without an appointment Monday through Friday during the walk-in hours of 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Advisor Appointments

If you need to meet in person and are not able to come during walk-in hours, please contact your advisor directly via email to make an appointment. You must be on time due to tightly booked appointments; if you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled.

However, please keep in mind that, as a student, it is your responsibility to maturely manage your studies and to closely adhere to the expectations outlined in the advising syllabus in the coming years.

Advising Help (During Registration)

To better serve you, during the first week of registration, it is best to contact your Advisor via email using your Drexel email account. Be sure to include your name and your University ID in your email message. There is generally a high volume of requests during registration and your email will be answered in the order it was received.

During non-registration times, your Advisor will respond to your email and phone messages within two business days.
