Drexel Degree Spotlight: MS in Cybersecurity

The College of Engineering's Department of Electrical and Computing Engineering (ECE) and the College of Computing & Informatics are pleased to present a video exploring the distinctive qualities of Drexel's Master of Science (MS) in Cybersecurity, featuring interviews with Dr. Kapil Dandekar (Professor, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Associate Dean of Research, College of Engineering), Dr. Constantine Katsinis (Associate Teaching Professor, College of Computing & Informatics) and Dr. Steven Weber (Associate Professor and Associate Department Head for Graduate Studies, College of Engineering).

The MS in Cybersecurity is a joint program offered within the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering with the College of Computing & Informatics. This interdisciplinary program prepares students with both the academic and practical training to be competitive in the ever-changing technical landscape of cybersecurity. The program is designed for students with backgrounds in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering or other related technical fields and aims to provide deeply technical and specialized training to develop professionals that are able to understand, adapt, and develop new techniques to confront emerging threats in cybersecurity.
