RESOLVED - SMS Text Messaging with Vonage Application

SMS (Text Messaging) with Vonage Application was restored to regular operation for all locations on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 4:00 PM. **************************************** Update Fri, 5/24/2024 **************************************** Vonage believes this problem has been corrected, please report the problem to the Drexel Network Operations Center by email using telephone-request@drexel.edu ********* Some Vonage telephone application users may be unable to successfully send SMS Text Messages from the Vonage App using their Vonage 10 digit telephone number. If impacted, when sending an SMS Text message you won't receive an error; however, the recipient will not receive your SMS Text message. Vonage is working to correct the problem. To see if you are impacted, you can send an SMS Text message from the Vonage app to the 10 digit telephone number of your own cell phone. If the message is received on your cell phone you are not impacted. (Telephone calling is not impacted.)

Oracle Patching - Banner, Web Financials, Portal and Reporting Systems Outage

A planned outage has been scheduled for Oracle databases at All Drexel University Locations from Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 6:00 AM until Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 12:00 PM. Due to server maintenance for Oracle quarterly patching, all Administrative systems including Banner, Web Financials, Portal and Reporting systems will be unavailable Sunday 05/19/2024 from 6 am - 12 pm.

Papercut Upgrade

PaperCut Printing was restored to regular operation for all locations on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 7:22 PM. During the advertised window, Drexel's centralized instance of PaperCut (print.drexel.edu) was down for an application upgrade, and printing through PaperCut at locations serviced by the centralized PaperCut instance was sporadically unavailable.
