Informational: Campus Nortel/Avaya Voicemail Maintenance

Voice Mail was restored to regular operation for all locations on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 8:18:51 AM. This maintenance affects the campus legacy voicemail system associated with Nortel/Avaya phones on the campus PBX. Vonage voicemail is not impacted. ____ During this time mailbox owners will not be able to call-in to retrieve messages or record greetings. ____ All other aspects of the voicemail and voice menu system will function normally. ____ The ability for incoming callers to leave new voicemail message will not be impacted. Normal message retrieval methods will be restored after the maintenance. Those subscribed to the voicemail-to-email service will also receive email messages after the maintenance is completed.
