Occasionally a reset of the Citrix Workspace is needed to fix issues with applications or desktops not appearing in Citrix Workspace.

Procedure to reset on a Mac:

1. Open the Workspace App.
2. In the upper-left corner of your screen, next to the Apple symbol, select Citrix Workspace and select Preferences.
   
3. In the Preferences window, select the Accounts tab then select the VDI account shown in the middle of the window. 
4. Select the Minus sign (–) and OK to confirm removing the account.
   
5. Select the Plus sign (+).  In the Add account window, enter: engrapps.coe.drexel.edu
