Howard Homonoff, Director of the MS/MBA in Television Management, moderated a panel on new developments in the video world at Columbia University's Business School's Institute on Tele-Information on Friday, October 21^st. The panel was part of a day-long program entitled "The State of Telecom: Taking Stock and Looking Ahead". Participants of the panel included Marilyn O'Connell, Senior Vice President for Video Solutions at Verizon and Bob Zitter of HBO.

Mr. Homonoff also spoke on the topic of IPTV and its implications for the video world and beyond, in a program entitled: "Timely Topics in Telecoms", on October 20^th at the New York City Bar Building in Manhattan. This program was offered as a part of Continuing Legal Education by the City Bar Association
