Lawn Jawn is back and this time it’s digital! Join Drexel Flux and Mad Dragon Music on May 23rd at 3pm ET on YouTube for Lawn Jawn Awnline featuring mazie, Ascxnsion, Calcountry, Channa, and Mikaela Jane. This year, Lawn Jawn is partnering with Sharing Excess’ Drexel Chapter to collect donations. Sharing Excess (SE) connects colleges and communities to reduce food waste and hunger. What started as a meal swipe donation program at Drexel University has now evolved into a network of Sharing Excess chapters powered by students in colleges across Philadelphia responsible for delivering more than 250,000 meals since launching in the summer of 2018. In response to COVID-19, SE has already provided more than 50,000 meals for community members in need. For every $5+ donation on the day of Lawn Jawn, you will receive a gift.
