The end of the academic year is always a busy time with Commencement, final exams, and a slate of annual senior shows, exhibitions, and celebrations. We hope you'll join us for some of these exciting events showcasing student work and celebrating the graduating Westphal Class of 2022.

Digital Media Showcase & Expo | May 21, 2022

Showcase 2-4pm; Expo 4-6pm | Nesbitt Hall Room 111, 3215 Market Street and livestreamed on YouTube

Featuring live presentations by senior project teams from the Animation & Visual Effects, Game Design & Production, and User Experience & Interaction Design programs, along with members from the College of Computing and Informatics. See the results of year-long capstone efforts by students creating compelling animations, games, mobile applications, and social media projects. The Showcase will be followed by the Digital Media Expo in the Nesbitt Hall lobby, featuring the senior teams, Digital Media graduate students, and student clubs.

Westphal Farewell Block Party | June 2, 2022

The Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design invites the graduating Class of 2022 to gather with classmates, faculty, and staff for one last hurrah! Enjoy food, drinks, music, carnival games, and raffle prizes at the Westphal Farewell Block Party.

Product Design Senior Show | June 3, 2022

4-7pm | Leonard Pearlstein Gallery, 3401 Filbert Street

We invite you to join us for the celebration of the Product Design Class of 2022's senior work. The senior exhibition is a showcase of final projects that bring innovative ideas and solutions into focus at the URBN Annex Pearlstein Gallery. This show will highlight the work, philosophies, and ideas of the 19 graduating seniors in Product Design. The celebration is a chance to engage with students about their design process and final outputs. The senior exhibition will be open to view in the Pearlstein Gallery from Thursday June 2nd at 12pm until Saturday June 4th at 5pm. Register on Eventbrite to attend the in-person celebration on the evening of June 3rd to meet the Product Design Class of 2022 and talk with the students about their work.

Each year, Drexel University’s Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design proudly showcases the work of its Fashion Design students through a unique presentation. With a focus on sustainability and eco-conscious fashion, this year’s Drexel Fashion show promises to be inspirational and forward-thinking. Join us on Saturday, June 4 at 8:00pm in the Urban Outfitters Headquarters for the in-person return of a Drexel tradition. Come early for a Drexel InSites panel with industry experts on fashion's sustainable future.
