Jacqueline Faiman, pianist, has performed to critical acclaim in numerous solo and chamber music settings, including the Phillips Collection in Washington, D.C. and the “Zionist Confederation House” series in Jerusalem, Israel. She has been a featured soloist with the Oberlin Orchestra and Richmond Philharmonic. A laureate of the Beethoven Foundation Fellowship auditions, she is also the recipient of an Oberlin Graduate Fellowship and Hebrew University’s Fay Grand Music Scholarship.

Dr. Faiman has served on the faculties of the Quartet Program, the Musicorda Summer String Program and American University’s Summer Vocal Workshop. As an administrator, she has served as operations director of the “IN” Series in Washington, DC and as executive director of The Boston Camerata. She has performed at the Aspen, Sarasota, Banff and Nice music festivals and was selected to participate in a USAID performance tour of Spain. Dr. Faiman holds a Bachelors of Music from Oberlin Conservatory and a Doctorate of Musical Arts from Peabody Conservatory, where her teachers included Leon Fleisher, Julian Martin, and Ellen Mack. Dr. Faiman has taught piano at Drexel University since 2016.
