Even before I started my undergraduate career, I always wanted to start my own business, but was unsure of how to begin. Drexel brought out my entrepreneurial spirit even further. Studying at the London College of Fashion made me realize how much of a “melting pot” the fashion industry really is. Motivated to gain an even greater understanding of the business and culture of fashion, I knew whatever job I would have in the future would involve traveling.

Between the rigorous ten-week terms, my co-op experience, study abroad education, and invaluable mentorships, I acquired the right amount of confidence and skills to try it out. D&M’s curriculum as a whole taught me all of the skills I needed to get started in my career. Most importantly, I learned how to identify a market need and then come up with a creative, organized, and efficient way to solve it. I implemented these skills to distinguish my fashion blog in a saturated market.
