Biography

Shadia Jallaq manages Programs for Ohio Women Empowered to Represent (POWER). The POWER initiative at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs includes NEW Leadership Ohio and Ready to Run-Campaign Training for Women. Shadia is passionate about empowering women and helping them realize their potential. She currently serves on the board of trustees for the South-Western City Schools Educational Foundation and the Association of Staff and Faculty Women and is a member of Ohio Women in Government. Shadia is a proud alumna of The Ohio State University, graduating cum laude with Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies.
