As an independent Social Impact, Marketing, Communications and Branding Strategist, Michael works with clients to design custom, replicable, scalable, and sustainable transformation workplace culture initiatives and associated brand and communication strategies for the world's most influential organizations and executive leadership.

After 16 years, Michael left Catalyst, the global nonprofit committed to accelerating progress for women through workplace inclusion, as Vice President, Community & Convening Programs, MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) Community, and Strategic Partnerships. Over his tenure Michael created and led several roles critical to the organization's evolution and growth including institutionalizing the organization's first brand management discipline to serve a growing global operational footprint; participating in the development of Catalyst's MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) initiative, associated member community, brand, and packaging; building the organization's strategic partnership model; and restrategizing Catalyst's global community and event model to serve as a best in class convening model during and post-pandemic. During this time Michael also directly served Catalyst clients as a strategy consultant specific to programs related to social justice and employer of choice branding and communications and was a sought after public speaker on the topic of workplace inclusion, inclusive leadership and allyship, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and engaging men in workplace gender equity partnerships.
