Jessica Barr has served as an Assistant Director on the Enrollment Services team with Drexel University for the past five years, overseeing day to day operations and working with her team to assist prospective Drexel Dragons in exploring a vast suite of online programs offered through Drexel University Online and moving through the application process. Her team supports programs offered through Drexel’s School of Education, the Thomas R. Kline School of Law, The Close School of Entrepreneurship, the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts and Design, the College of Computing and Informatics, the College of Arts and Sciences, the LeBow College of Business, the Goodwin College of General Studies, and the College of Engineering. Much of her professional experience has been centered around operations management and customer service, working with brands including Estee Lauder, Nestle Waters North America, Nestle U.S.A. and Campbell’s Soup Co.

Jessica is a mother of three and has served for three years as a Girl Scout Troop Leader. She is a member of the Drexel Women in Business organization, is a board member for the Drexel Administrative Professionals Learning Community and is an Institutional Representative with the Philadelphia chapter of the Association for Women in Science. Her passion for the professional, social, and political advancement of girls and women continues to fuel her desire to seek out, get involved in, and promote efforts that drive equality and awareness, including her recent completion of the Drexel Women in Leadership and Drexel Leaders 20/20 programs.


Jessica completed her bachelor’s degree from Marywood University as well as her MS in Professional Studies through Drexel’s Goodwin College of Professional Studies. She is currently pursuing her EdD in Educational Leadership and Management through Drexel’s School of Education.
