Brynn MacDougall is a passionate young professional who is dedicated to empowering girls to reach their full leadership potential. As the Executive Manager of Women's Campaign International (WCI), she is in charge of developing and implementing domestic and international leadership programs for marginalized women and girls. As the Director of WCI's Girls Advocacy and Leadership Series (GALS), Brynn facilitates workshops with low-income girls in North Philadelphia to provide them with the skills and support needed to be confident agents of social change in their communities. She has facilitated workshops on global issues, body positivity, budgeting, public speaking, diversity, conflict resolution, sexual health, advocacy and more. Before joining WCI, Brynn worked at an English-immersion summer program in Istanbul, Turkey, where she worked to improve children’s spoken English and designed and taught courses in the arts.

Brynn is an awardee of the Mandela Washington Fellowship Reciprocal Exchange, through which she had the opportunity to expand the GALS program to Kenya and begin empowering dozens of girls in partnership with a local women's organization. Additionally, she was one of seven Americans chosen to represent the United States on the inaugural Delegation of American NGO Leaders to the Republic of China (Taiwan). Brynn received her bachelor's degree in International Relations from Roanoke College.
