Nicole Stephenson has nearly a decade of experience leading and executing marketing, promotions, sales and event responsibilities. She currently leads the Society of Professional Women™(SPW) for The Main Line Chamber of Commerce.
Nicole plans, executes and manages all SPW events. There are about 10-15 large scale events per calendar year; ranging from interpersonal workshops with up to 90 attendees to keynote presentations with over 300 attendees. SPW provides engaging and impactful programs attended by professional women (and 17% men) from companies of all sizes across the Philadelphia region to accelerate and expand the influence of women leaders of all professions and generations, strengthen the business community and support the region’s non-profit organizations. Nicole is responsible for marketing and growing the Society of Professional Women's network and programming by refining and evolving programs to meet the needs of members, and identify new opportunities to expand presence to new audiences. SPW’s membership has grown to more than 4,000 and has been ranked as the largest women’s networking organization in the region by The Philadelphia Business Journal for the last 5 years.
The beginning of Nicole’s career was spent in the Media Industry working for one of the top Radio stations in the Philadelphia market, KYW Newsradio, in both marketing and programming for over six years.
Nicole received her bachelor's degree from Lock Haven University. She is the President of the Philadelphia Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Kappa Sorority, Inc. and a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region Delaware County Regional Board.
