Rebeca Cruz-Esteves is a Founding Partner, Principal, and Executive Consultant at Populouz, an Organizational Effectiveness Consulting Firm that serves nonprofits, educational institutions, and small businesses. She has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, communications, and the human resource industry. She serves her community as a sergeant in the U.S. Army Pennsylvania National Guard and as the President of Philadelphia’s League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC); the oldest and most widely respected Latino Civil Rights Organization in the U.S.
Rebeca previously led Communications and Professional Networks at the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, one of the leading minority Chamber’s in the city of Philadelphia, leading their rebranding strategy after 26 years of being in business. She also serves on a variety of nationally recognized councils and boards such as the Red Cross Diversity Council, Red Cross Leadership Council, Temple University HR Connect Board, Vision2020 Delegate and past advisory board member at Girls Inc. Primary strengths include diversity planning, people operation processes, and strategic communications design.
She is a public speaker and instructor that frequently volunteers her time to mentor youth, from social and economically challenged areas in Philadelphia.
