Biography

Natalia D. Macker is Chairwoman of the Teton County (WY) Board of County Commissioners and a founding director of Vision 2020 Allied Organization the Wyoming Women's Action Network. Macker collaborates with several organizations to advance women's representation in government and secure the economic future of women. These include Womentum, Women's Health in the Tetons, Wyoming Women's Legislative Caucus, and GAP! (Girls Actively Participating). She captained the local chapter of Courage To Run and is regularly involved in recruiting women to run for public office.

As a commissioner, current community efforts include implementing a health-in-all-policies framework and launching an early childhood education and childcare initiative. Macker serves as Chair of the Health, Safety, and Social services committee for the statewide Wyoming County Commissioners Association and represents Wyoming on several National Association of Counties committees. Also a performer and producer, Macker is the Artistic Director of a small, professional theatre in Jackson Hole. Macker holds a BA from Yale University and is a member of the Young Elected Officials Network. She resides in Jackson with her husband and two young sons.
