Biography
Caroline is committed to inclusion and strives to strengthen educational systems for all communities. She currently serves as a Program Manager at After School Activities Partnerships, a Philadelphia non-profit committed to enriching students through out-of-school time activities and experiences. Before moving to Philadelphia, Caroline lived and worked in Colombia, South American where she served as Coordinator for the English Program with Fundación Juventas in Tunja and as a high school English teacher with World Teach in Barranquilla. She believes that access to education is the pathway to quality. Caroline received her bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Studies from Elon University in 2014. She is a native of Miami, Florida.
