Drexel's Test-Optional Admission Policy for 2022–2023 and 2023–2024

March 8, 2021

Drexel is committed to helping students in any way that we can, and we're happy to announce that we are continuing our Test-Optional policy to streamline the process for first-year applicants applying for admission for fall 2022 and fall 2023.

Under this Test-Optional policy, you are able to choose whether you wish to submit standardized test scores to be considered as part of your application to Drexel. And if you do decide to submit scores, you'll have the option of following our Test-Flexible option to determine which scores are submitted. We feel this allows for greater flexibility to meet your individual circumstances and hope it will alleviate some of the stress you may be feeling regarding the college admission process.

It is important to note that international applicants still need to submit standardized test results to demonstrate English language proficiency, and that BS/BA+MD Early Assurance applicants are still required to submit SAT or ACT scores. More information about our Test-Optional policy can be found at our Standardized Test Policies page.

Our University remains focused on assisting you throughout this difficult time. If there are any questions we can answer or if there is any additional assistance we can provide, please do not hesitate to contact us at 215.895.2400 or via enroll@drexel.edu.
