The Drexel Research Center on Extreme Weather and Urban Health (CCUH) is thrilled to host a webinar featuring findings from the CCUH research project.
This work will be presented by Dr. Usama Bilal, Associate Professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and Dr. Josiah Kephart, Assistant Professor of Environmental and Occupational Health.
The CCUH research project explores intra-city heterogeneity in the effects of heat on mortality in five cities (Philadelphia, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Guatemala City, and Panama City), and examines neighborhood-level social, built, and natural environment factors that modify the temperature-mortality association.
Spanish and Portuguese interpretation will be available!
