The Institutional Effectiveness committee was charged with analyzing Drexel’s practices for efficient, productive, and quality services:
- Organizational structure
- Level of performance/customer satisfaction
- Best practices
- Technology infrastructure support
The group solicited the faculty and staff community for ideas about how to make improvements in each of these areas, and is currently synthesizing this material to formulate a plan to increase efficiency, satisfaction, and results through a full analysis of potential solutions, including the consultation of key stakeholders.
