Designing Mentoring Programs: Mentoring Schemas, Networks, and High-Quality Relationships

In this hour long webinar, Dr. Rajashi Ghosh, Associate Professor of Human Resource Development and Department Chair for Drexel University School of Education's Policy, Organization, and Leadership programs will lead an engaging presentation that will cover the learning objectives:
 
  • Identify what features can make excellent mentoring programs
  • Identify different models for mentoring programs
  • Discuss the benefits of serving as both mentor and mentee
  • Discuss the challenges inherent in diversified mentoring
Dr. Ghosh will also address the following questions:
