The COVID-19 pandemic has brought stress and high stakes as leaders navigate through this the crisis. Some leaders have demonstrated authentic leadership presence in proactively responding to the crisis while others have become more autocratic and shortsighted in decision making. The recent few months have provided us with ample opportunity to reflect on how we have personally shown up as leaders. This webinar offers reflection opportunities for those who wish to grow in their leadership presence and confidence.

About the Speaker
Dr. Wendy Combs is the System Vice President at CommonSpirit Health – one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare systems in the country. Dr. Combs also serves as an adjunct instructor for Drexel University’s School of Education Ed.D. and HRD programs for the past decade. She teaches Human Resources Development, Adult Learning Theory, Program Evaluation, and Dissertation Research. Dr. Combs has a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis and Program Evaluation and an M.S. in Clinical and School Psychology. She began her professional career as a psychologist and later shifted her career to adult learning and development. Dr. Combs has worked for notable companies including Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems, Intel Corporation and more recently, in healthcare for Kaiser Permanente and Dignity Health. She is now a part of the Human Resources leadership at CommonSpirit Health.
