Submitting New and Revised Program and Course Proposals to the SCAA

CourseLeaf is the course inventory management and catalog production software used by Drexel University to update and maintain the academic catalog, courses and curriculum data. Faculty propose edits to courses, majors, concentrations, minors, or catalog text, and propose new courses, majors, concentrations, or minors. Proposals are submitted through CourseLeaf to a workflow approval process which results in approved proposals going in to the online catalog as well as the Banner catalog. Updates to DegreeWorks are also based on CourseLeaf content.

All new course proposals or proposed changes to existing courses are submitted through the CourseLeaf Inventory Management System (CIM).

All new program proposals or proposed changes to existing programs are submitted through the CourseLeaf Program Management System.
