While Dragons come from all over the globe, we are united as one community.

Though discrimination based upon race and ethnicity is prohibited under federal and state laws, there are some who still sometimes face invisible barriers and unwritten rules of conduct. Below are some resources to help students navigate these challenges.

IMDiversity – This career site is dedicated to providing jobs for minorities and other diversity job seekers looking for career employment.
Diversity Link – Diversity Link is the meeting place for diversity professionals, job candidates, and employers.
Equal Opportunity Publications (EOP) – EOP focuses on diversity recruitment with a portfolio of seven national career magazines, a diversity website, online job board, and Career Expos for women, members of minority groups, and people with disabilities.
Jopwell – Jopwell represents and advances careers for Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals.

Diverse: Issues in Higher Education – This website stands alone as the only source for critical news, information, and insightful commentary on the full range of issues concerning diversity in American higher education.
Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) – SACNAS is an inclusive organization dedicated to fostering the success of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans, from college students to professionals, in attaining advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in STEM.
ASPIRA Association, Inc. – The ASPIRA Association promotes the empowerment of the Puerto Rican and Latino community by developing and nurturing the leadership, intellectual, and cultural potential of its youth to contribute with their skills and dedication to the fullest development of the Puerto Rican and Latino community everywhere.
Minorities in Media (MIM) – MIM is an organization that provides multicultural media professionals access to exclusive job opportunities and informative panel discussions.
Black Business Association (BBA) – The BBA is a non-profit organization with access and influence with more than 85,000 African-American-owned and women/minority-owned firms via strategic alliances with more than 100 women/minority trade associations in more than 42 states nationwide.
Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) – The MBDA is a minority business organization that supports job growth and economic expansion through a network of business centers that are specifically designed to help minority-owned business.
International Leadership Foundation (ILF) – The ILF's mission is to develop young leaders in the United States, Asia, and other Pacific Rim countries in the fields of public service, entrepreneurship, and international business and politics through a network of business and community leaders.
