Programs

Through Drexel's exchange partner Hanyang ERICA, the Steinbright Career Development Center is pleased to offer opportunities with Hexar and S-Core.

HEXAR is a leader in the wearable exoskeleton robot technology. Our company’s major project is development of medical devices, especially a rehabilitation robot. We are developing robots to increase muscular power for various industries such as military and hospitals, more specifically Computer Assisted Manufacturing (CAM)/Computer Programmed Manufacturing (CPM) of rehabilitation robot for people who need knee joint rehabilitation. Also we are developing much more difficult rehabilitation robot technology for hemiplegia and paralysis.

S-Core provides a proven disruptive technology service as a top software development capability. We have participated in a variety of SW platform development projects, especially focusing on SDK or programming system.

First Nano Co-op - National NanoFab Center

The NNFC-Drexel Nano Co-op Center works to investigate fusion technology between top-down and bottom-up nanofabrication for the development of the world best 1D/2D materials synthesis platform. In collaboration with researchers in NNFC, KAIST, and KIST, Drexel faculty work on 1D nanostructured materials for nanopore fabrication and nano-discovery and develop new 2D nanostructured materials for energy storage, sensing, structural and functional devices, as well as desalination applications.
