From Co-op to Career
Halima Olapade (College of Computing & Informatics) learned valuable skills during her cooperative education preparation course, COOP 101, and applied them on a journey across the U.S. and to Germany. With experience at SAP abroad and Microsoft here in the U.S., she accepted a job offer from Google.
Test-Driving Careers Around the World
Shane Nelson (College of Arts and Sciences) made the most of his education during co-op through civic engagement here on campus, and abroad in Hong Kong and London. Because of his foundation built during the COOP 101 course and working alongside industry professionals, he is prepared to excel.

Alex Uboldi (LeBow College of Business) knew that a college degree wasn’t enough to prepare him for the media world. He chose Drexel because of the added work experience from our cooperative education program, applying skills from the classroom toward DJing his own radio show and reading research analytics for NBC on co-op. Alex’s Drexel experience has more than prepared him for a career with a major broadcasting network.
