Winter Quarter Grade Submission Extended

As a result of the University's decision to delay the start of the Spring Quarter, final grades for Winter Quarter 2019-2020 are now due on April 1, 2020 at 12:00 PM.

The stated grade submission guidelines after the completion of examinations are being extended for Winter Quarter 2019-2020. Please submit grades as you finalize them, but ensure that they are submitted by the April 1 deadline.

In order to allow for a seamless submission of all grades, we highly suggest that you submit all grades as soon as your course grading is complete.

Important Information Regarding Incomplete Grades: It is strongly recommended that all incomplete contracts should be negotiated well before final grade submission. Additionally, the assignment of an incomplete grade cannot happen until an incomplete grade contract has been received.

Incomplete Contracts for Undergraduate Students: In order to assign an incomplete grade, you must submit the original incomplete contract via email, with all approvals to the Office of the University Registrar and retain copies for yourself and the student. A physical signature will not be required by the student on the form for Winter Quarter 2019-2020, but we do ask that you receive an email from the student confirming the requirements of completing the course. Please contact the Office of the University Registrar if you have questions about this update for Winter Quarter. Incomplete Contracts for Graduate Quarter Students: In order to assign an incomplete grade, you must submit the original incomplete contract via email, with all approvals to the Graduate College and retain copies for yourself and the student. The Graduate College email is GraduateCollege@drexel.edu.

Undergraduate and Graduate Quarter Incomplete contracts can be downloaded from the Office of the Provost's Incomplete Grades page.

Primary Instructor/Secondary Instructors: Please ensure that you are listed as the primary or secondary instructor for the course; all instructors for the course will have access to grade submissions.
