Where to begin?

Where do I begin to seek a resolution to my problem?

Drexel University requires that before a student files a formal complaint, he or she follow the procedure described above in seeking an informal resolution of the difficulty. No formal complaint will be advanced unless the student is able to document that he or she first attempted to resolve the matter on his or her own
