If you prefer to submit a complaint confidentially thus protecting your identity, you are referred to Drexel University’s Hot Line. The Hot Line provides an easy and confidential way to bring instances of suspected improper conduct to the attention of someone who can be counted upon to investigate the problem promptly and fairly without any fear of retaliation as stated in the preamble of this document. Drexel’s hotline intake is managed externally by EthicsPoint. Complaints filed by students on the Hot Line are triaged by the Chief Compliance Officer (267-359-5598) and forwarded to Student Life, the Office of Equality and Diversity, Public Safety, the Privacy Office, Financial Aid, the Provost’s Office or Internal Audit or required combinations of the aforementioned as appropriate. Complaints filed about the Chief Compliance Officer are reviewed directly by the Office of General counsel.
NOTE: For all other subject areas not listed in this document, please forward your complaint to Student Life at email@example.com.
