Inclusive Community Review

Drexel is proud of the efforts our individual colleges, schools and administrative units are making to support our diverse community and to make the University a welcoming place for everyone. Each year, a representative from every academic and administrative unit tracks their accomplishments toward our shared diversity and inclusion goals. We then compile these accomplishments in Drexel's annual Inclusive Community Review so all faculty and professional staff can review and reflect on our achievements, learn from the examples set by our colleagues, and use these lessons to set new goals for the coming year. The Review serves as a companion piece to our annual Diversity Achievement Plan.

Diversity Achievement Plan

Drexel University's Diversity Achievement Plan is a management tool designed to ensure that all qualified persons have equal access to employment opportunities, professional development and advancement. This Plan includes many quantitative analyses designed to evaluate the demographic composition of the University's employee workforce and compare it to the composition of relevant labor pools. This Plan is adopted and implemented in good faith, in conformity with, and in reliance upon, the language of the Equal Opportunity Commission's Affirmative Action Guideline (29 CFR 1608.5).
