Colleague Resource Groups

A Colleague Resource Group (CRG) consists of ten or more employees who work together to promote the mission of the University and raise awareness and understanding of issues affecting and important to traditionally underrepresented groups and their allies. The University's commitment to and expectations of the Colleague Resource Groups can be found in its Colleague Resource Group Policy. The Office of Equality and Diversity (OED) oversees the Policy and is available to answer questions or to assist employees who are interested in creating a Colleague Resource Group.
