Victoria Orozco is a Research Officer at the Nowak Metro Finance Lab at Drexel University. She has recently completed the Master in Public Administration in International Development at the Harvard Kennedy School. Victoria has focused her studies on economic development, competitiveness and employment. During 2019 she worked as a consultant for the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, developing sectoral plans for countries in Africa and Latin America. Previously, Victoria worked for almost 3 years in the Ministry of Production of Argentina, coordinating the design of national productive policies and dialogue roundtables with private sector stakeholders. She also worked at CIPPEC, a Latin American think tank, designing economic policies for local governments in Argentina. Victoria also holds a BA and a MA in Economics. At the Nowak Metro Finance Lab, Victoria will be researching opportunities to support minority-owned businesses and regenerate urban commercial corridors.
