Max Nathanson is a Graduate Research Analyst at the Nowak Metro Finance Lab, focusing on the effectiveness and delivery of economic development policy. He is currently a PhD candidate and Rotary Global Scholar at the University of Oxford, a visiting researcher at the University of Colorado Law School's immigration clinic, and is the founder and CEO of the Oxford Urbanists, a global urban development social enterprise. Previously, he worked on legislative affairs and congressional oversight at Co-Equal, and managed economic development and future of work policy for Colorado Governor Jared Polis, where he was a core member of the Governor's COVID-19 response team. Max holds an MPhil from the University of Oxford and a BA from the University of Colorado, where he was a Norlin Scholar.
