Gemma Holt

Graduate Research Associate

Gemma Holt is a Graduate Research Associate at Drexel University's Nowak Metro Finance Lab. Her work at the Lab focuses on urban adaptation to climate change and sustainable urban infrastructure. Gemma is currently pursuing a joint Master in Public Policy and Master in Urban Planning candidate at Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Graduate School of Design. She studied Environmental Policy at Williams College, where she wrote an honors thesis on the development of the Arctic Council. She was the recipient of a Fulbright research grant to study Arctic sustainable development in Finland. Before attending Harvard, Gemma worked as a nonprofit management consultant doing strategic business planning and research for organizations across the sector.
