Take Advantage of the Wellness Incentive Program by Nov. 30

What could be better than improving your health and earning $400 in your paycheck? The 2017 Wellness Incentive Program, offered through Drexel Human Resources’ A Healthier U, is part of a three-year wellness strategy designed to help our employees improve their health and wellness, increase workplace wellness and cultivate a culture of health. Don’t delay! You have until Nov. 30 to earn your $400.

Who is Eligible?

Employees who are enrolled in a Drexel medical plan or who participate in the medical opt-out waiver are eligible to earn up to $400 in premium credits throughout 2017. Participants receive the credits approximately one month after completing each wellness program activity. One point earned in the program is equal to $1 premium credit.

Know Your Numbers

Knowing your health needs and risks is critical to long-term health and wellness. A personal health profile (PHP) is a simple survey that gives you a snapshot of your current health status and risk for certain diseases and conditions. The PHP must be completed in order to receive payouts in your next month’s check.

To complete your Personal Health Profile and earn 50 points, just log in anytime to the wellness portal and click “Well-being,” then “Wellness Programs.” The PHP will take 15-20 minutes to complete. You’ll instantly receive a customized report outlining your health status and specific steps you can take to improve your health.

Get Started Today! The 2017 Program Ends Nov. 30
