Drexel Leaders 2020
The application process is concluding for the sixth cohort of Drexel Leaders 2020 (DL2020), a development program for mid-career leaders, focused on challenges and opportunities common for leaders at this point in their careers. Participants will meet six times over the next five months, working together to explore topics such as:
- Imperatives of Effective Leadership
- Emotional Intelligence
- Academic Leadership
- Organization Structure
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Navigating Transformational Change
Participants will have the opportunity to interact with and ask questions of prominent leaders from within and outside Drexel, and will model collaborative leadership by sharing experiences and ideas with their colleagues.
Since its inception in 2013, five cohorts and almost 100 Drexel leaders have completed the DL2020 program, contributing to the creation of a shared perspective on leadership at Drexel and building a common vocabulary among participants.
