Experiential Learning
At Drexel, students have the unique opportunity to apply knowledge learned in a classroom to professional work and hands-on
experiences prior to graduation. Drexel has been a pioneer in experiential learning since the University's signature cooperative education initiative was launched in 1919 - which has since grown to be one of the country's largest co-op programs.
Global
Drexel's reach extends far beyond Philadelphia. Academic programs, study and co-op abroad, major research projects, conferences, and cultural events bring Drexel students, faculty and alumni all over the world.
Research
Drexel faculty, staff and students collaborate on interdisciplinary research to focus on problems and discover solutions in
today's society. With strong programs in undergraduate research opportunities and research enterprise, Drexel is involved in types of research that are as diverse as the sectors and fields of interest the work lies in.
