Westphal College professors Toby Seay and Marc Offenbach were quoted in an April 13 Philadelphia Inquirer story about Drexel’s student record label MAD Dragon releasing an album from a Philadelphia band, called Nat Turner Rebellion, that was originally recorded in the Sigma Sound Studios 50 years ago.
