Philly's New Pay-What-You-Can Restaurant Brings Everyone To The Table

Mariana Chilton, PhD, a professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health and director of the Center for Hunger Free Communities, and Donnell Jones-Craven, general manager of the Center’s EAT Café, were quoted in a Dec. 6 NPR “The Salt” story about the pay-what-you-can restaurant. The story was picked up on the websites of at least 17 public broadcast stations across the country.
