Research on “disconnected” youth by Paul Harrington, PhD, a professor in the School of Education and director of the Center for Labor Markets and Policy, and Neeta Fogg, PhD, a labor economist in the Center, was featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer on Sept. 28. Harrington was also quoted in a Boston Globe story about millenials and a mobile labor market on Sept. 25. On Sept. 28, he was quoted in a Providence Journal article about Gear Up, a program to help low-income students attend college.
